Abstract

The article analyses and evaluates legal provisions concerninghouseholds, households utilizing land, and groups of persons sharing land use rights; itoutlines certain difficulties and impediments encountered during the practicalapplication of regulations concerning subjects holding land use rights who arehouseholds, and the legal issues posed by the Land Law 2024’s abolition of thehousehold as a subject possessing land use rights; simultaneously, the article offersseveral proposals and recommendations contributing to the refinement of legalregulations.Keywords: Households, households utilizing land, groups of persons sharing landuse rights, abolition of household status, Land Law 2024.
