Abstract

This article examines the sanctions applicable to contract violationsinvolving suspended projects under Vietnam’s 2024 Land Law. Drawing on an analysisof the law’s existing shortcomings, the author identifies key limitations in the relevantlegal provisions and proposes solutions to strengthen the legal framework—anincreasingly urgent matter given the growing scarcity of land resources.
