Abstract

Protecting shareholders in general, and minority shareholders inparticular, remains one of the core objectives of corporate governance. This articleexamines the concept of minority shareholders and the measures in place to protectthem under the Enterprise Law 2020. Building on this analysis, the article proposesvarious legal reforms aimed at strengthening the effectiveness of minority shareholderprotection in joint stock companies.
