Abstract

This article provides a broad overview of the new thinking on buildingand perfecting the socialist rule-of-law State of the people, by the people, and for thepeople in the new era - an era marked by the rise of the Vietnamese nation by clarifyingtwo main issues: 1) The current reality of Vietnam’s socialist rule-of-law State and thegeneral theoretical model for this state in the new era; 2) The nature and development ofVietnam’s socialist rule-of-law State in the new era, during the nation’s ascent.
