Abstract

This article analyzes the constituent elements of prostitution-relatedcrimes under the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, highlighting the similaritiesand differences between the provisions of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federationand the Criminal Code of Vietnam regarding prostitution-related offenses. Based on thisanalysis, the article draws legislative lessons and proposes improvements to Vietnam’scriminal law on these crimes.
