Abstract

Adopted on 30 April 2025, Politburo Resolution No 66-NQ/TW onrenewing the work of law-making and law implementation to meet nationaldevelopment requirements in a new era—aimed at fundamentally reforming legislativedrafting and enforcement—functions not only as a policy instrument but also as aninstitutional and legal basis that provides strategic direction for the timely andcomprehensive domestic incorporation of international commitments. This articleanalyses the context, current situation, and core content of Resolution No 66-NQ/TW,and assesses its impact on the process of domestic incorporation for the purpose ofimplementing commitments in the field of international trade.
