Abstract

The Land Law 2024, containing strict regulations on the conditions forexercising the transaction rights of land users, aims to meet the objective of developingthe market for land use rights into a reasonable, equitable, and efficient channel for landallocation. The conditions for exercising the transaction rights of land users comprisegeneral conditions and specific conditions applicable to various types of transactions.The article focuses on analysing, evaluating, and recommending improvements to theregulations on general conditions under Clause 1, Article 45 of the Land Law 2024.Keywords: Conditions; Transaction; Land right.
