Abstract

According to the provisions of the Land Law 2024, regarding suspendedprojects exceeding the statutory time limit (excluding cases of force majeure) where thedeveloper is not granted an extension for land use, the State shall recover the landwithout compensation for the land or the assets attached thereto. The article discussesthe limitations related to land recovery for suspended projects that do not fall underforce majeure cases within the Land Law 2024 and proposes several recommendationsfor legal improvement.Keywords: Suspended projects; Land recovery; Land Law.
