Abstract

This article examines and analyzes how Vietnamese law safeguards theright of minor children to receive care, nurturing, upbringing, and education whenparents divorce. By assessing the current legal framework and its implementation, theauthors identify challenges to the effective protection of these rights and proposelegislative reforms to enhance their practical enforcement.
