Abstract

This article analyzes both the regulatory framework and practicalimplementation of the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the European Union’s GeneralData Protection Regulation (GDPR). Based on this analysis, the article offersrecommendations for improving Vietnam’s legal framework on personal data protection.
